I cancelled my subscription but still got charged or received an order. Why?Updated a day ago

Cancelling stops all future renewals. If your next order was already processed before you cancelled, it may still be charged and ship.

If that happens, you have two options:

• Refuse the package at delivery, or mark it "return to sender", and it will come back to us.
• Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll help you return it.

We refund once the package makes it back to us. Refunds take 3-7 business days to appear on your statement.

To avoid this, cancel, skip, or pause before your next billing date at menerals.com/account or via the Manage Subscription link in any order email.
