How do I request a refund under the 90-day guarantee?Updated a day ago

1. Email [email protected] with your order number. Your email must be timestamped by 11:59 PM EST on Day 90 after your first Menerals purchase (or after your first Menergy order, for Menergy).
2. Keep opened product. Opened bottles or cans don't need to be sent back.
3. Return anything unopened and sealed, including any order that already shipped when you asked for your refund. We'll email you a prepaid return label.
4. Get your refund. We refund your eligible charges. The refund for returned items is issued once our warehouse receives them. Refunds take 3-7 business days to appear on your statement.

Menerals covers all subscription charges to date, up to your first three months of orders. Menergy covers your first Menergy order only. Unopened product that isn't returned won't be refunded, and from Day 91 onward all orders are final sale.
