• The window: you have 90 days from your initial order date to request a full refund of all subscription charges to date. This covers up to your first three months of orders.
• The hard cutoff: refund eligibility ends at the end of Day 90. Starting Day 91, all previous orders and any later orders (4th, 5th, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable.
• How it works: email [email protected] by 11:59 PM EST on the 90th day after your first purchase.

Menergy

• The window: 90 days from your Menergy order date.
• What's covered: your first Menergy order only. Later Menergy orders are final sale and non-refundable.
• How it works: email [email protected] by 11:59 PM EST on the 90th day after your Menergy order.

Returns (Menerals and Menergy)

• Opened product does not need to be returned.
• All unopened, sealed product must be returned to be eligible for a refund, including any order that has already shipped when you request your refund. We'll email you a prepaid return label, and the refund for returned items is issued once our warehouse receives them.
• Unopened product that isn't returned will not be refunded.

Important: by keeping an active subscription past Day 90, you agree that all charges to date and all future recurring charges are final and non-refundable.
